Useful introduction to solution focused therapy. Directed at clients, it is nonetheless a nice easy read for health professionals who may be unfamiliar with solution focused therapy and wanting a general overview.
I enjoyed the book from a personal perspective as well. Readers who enjoy this book should also read titles by Russ Harris.
